Should I pay off my $4k card or start investing?
Depends on the rate! At 21% APR, paying it down is basically a guaranteed 21% return. Want me to run both options side-by-side?

Trickle mascot

A friend who's read the books — not a coach, not a bank.

Trickle's tone is calm, specific, and human. We'll never shame you into a spreadsheet, yell about your latte, or dress up "portfolio diversification optimization" when "spread out your money" works just as well.

What we don't do
  • "Congratulations on your streak! 🎉🎉🎉"
  • "Record a financial transaction"
  • "Select goal from list"
  • "Projected balance: $5,200.00 over 24 months"
What you'll hear
  • "Nice — that's 4 weeks in a row."
  • "Log a move"
  • "Pick a goal that excites you"
  • "You'd have $5,200 in 2 years."

Common questions

Good to know.

Is Trickle free?
Yes — all 86 lessons, goals, nudges, and basic simulators are free, forever. A small premium tier unlocks deeper tools like the Debt Payoff and FIRE simulators if you want them. You'll never need a card to start.
Does Trickle give financial advice?
No. Trickle is a financial literacy app — we help you think, not tell you what to do. Ask Trickle is grounded in the lessons and your own numbers, but it will never recommend a specific product or make a decision for you.
Do I need to connect my bank?
Not in V1. Trickle asks you to log moves yourself — it's a habit-building choice, not a data grab. Your numbers stay on your device unless you explicitly sync.
When does it launch?
Q2 2026 on iOS and Android. We're in the final testing stretch — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it's live.
Who's behind Trickle?
Trickle is built by LANGLIGELANG LIMITED, a small team based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Reach us anytime at hello@gettrickle.app.
